How does Chromium work?
Chromium helps to regulate and control blood sugar levels by improving the way our bodies use insulin. Insulin is critical in the metabolism and storage of sugar, starch and other carbs in the body. Chromium helps to move blood sugar from the bloodstream into the cells so it can be used as energy. It also helps the body metabolize and store protein, carbs, and fat, which is why it is believed to help with weight loss. .

People that are prediabetic, have type I or type II diabetes, are taking steroids that affect blood sugar levels, or are just having trouble controlling their sugar levels should consider taking chromium. Chromium can also be used by dieters because of the role it plays with weight loss.

Chromium 200mcg should be taken once daily. In the case of a chromium deficiency, a higher dose may be required. This product is safe to take on a daily basis.
