UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is free for all orders. Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours via Royal Mail 48.

Expected delivery times are between 3-5 working days.

Next Day Courier Delivery

The DPD next working day delivery option offers an express next working day delivery option for orders placed before 1pm.

Next day collection days are Monday-Friday
Next day delivery days are Monday-Friday
Orders placed over weekends, bank holidays and after the 1pm next day delivery cut-off will be processed the following working day.

DPD next day delivery is unavailable to the Scottish Highlands, UK Islands and Northern Ireland and will alternatively be sent as a two working day express service.

All of our products are sent in letterbox friendly packaging, which means that you don't have to wait at your address for delivery.

Next day delivery fees are non refundable for late delivery due to external factors. 

International Delivery ships worldwide.

For international delivery postages surcharges apply. This will be displayed at the checkout prior to payment.

International orders are sent using Royal Mail Airmail, delivery times are usually 5-10 working days.

Our prices do not include local taxes and tariffs which ay apply in your region. Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Lost Or Damaged Goods

Please Note: Lost parcels must be reported within 30 days of despatch, we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.

If you find your goods to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a full refund or replacement if the product is returned (within 30 days after the delivery date). We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to do this.

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund  onto your original payment method or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

We offer a no-quibble 30 day returns guarantee on all opened and unopened supplements.

Buyers are responsible for the costs of return postage, unless in the case of defective items.
