Coconut oil contains a type of saturated fat, which is essential to have in our diets. It has a whole world of benefits it can give us including increased immunity to help us combat illness and it is also a great tool to help our digestive systems too. Coconut Oil Softgels comprise of 100% Organic Coconut Oil from the flesh of the coconut. They are cholesterol-free and contain zero trans-fatty acids; yet are packed with over 92% Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs) – which are particularly high in Lauric Acid. The oil is non-hydrogenated, unrefined and guaranteed hexane-free – ensuring the absolute highest quality source of Coconut Oil possible.

Coconut oil has no trans-fats and is abundant in Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT's), such as lauric acid (C-12) and caprylic acid (C-8). MCT's are less likely to be stored in the body as fat than most other fatty acids. When combined with essential fatty acids, it is a perfect addition to an overall healthy lipid program.

It is a little bit of an oddity, as it is high in saturated fat, however, it contains no sugar or cholesterol whatsoever. Saturated fats are often known for being in butters and can be high in calories, however, because this particular type of blend contains something called a medium-chain triglyceride, this is not a type of fat that gets stored in the body, instead it gets quickly digested and is used elsewhere and is a great metabolically led boost for the body.

There are two different types of processing where coconut oil is concerned. Essentially, the oils used in the supplements are a direct results of the processing of the fleshy part of the mature coconut. The oil comes from the coconuts, then is dried rapidly. It then goes through a process of pressing, setting and cold filtering.

How to use

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
